AIM has one main GUI (apart from the configuration page), below is a screen shot of its main screen. The metaphor is AIM is simple, everytime AIM starts up it will load the names of the product folders into a drop down menu (top-left corner in the screen). Within each product folder you have images of individual product and the products are numbered accordingly. The screen always show a selected product which is currently available for editing, updating, exporting, etc.
With AIM v1.5 you don't have to prepare product images before entering description, it is possible to enter product data before the product photos are taken!
While product images are stored in your PC and cannot accessed by the public, the image gallery (HTML code) generated by AIM actually links to images stored in a public server so the images can be seen by the public. This means you should copy your poduct images to a web server accessible to you.

When it's time to list individual items online, simply stop at the product page, copy & paste the text/HTML code into your online selling form (in web sites such as ebay, yahoo, etc) using shortcut keys as in below. All HTML code use in listing body (along photo gallery) will be automatically compiled for you when copying.

When it's time to list multiple items online, simply export the items and import into ebay TurboLister (or other auction sites supporting TurboLister exchange format).
AIM's Configuration screen (below) - this is where you tell AIM the locations and details of your location images, exported records, FTP/Web server among others.
