Getting Started: Buying Credits



Purchase SMS Credits

To send SMS with our web form you need a valid Customer ID and Password. You can purchase credits here. You can send SMS to supported countries without no additional cost! Using our web form you can send SMS, change password and enquire remaining credits.

Two plans available

  • We have 2 very attractie prepaid plans: Basic and Advanced with a single difference as explained here. Both plans also allow sending SMS to overseas countries at no additional cost.

Sending SMS using our Web Form



Complete the Form Properly

Sending SMS is straightforward, the left picture should be self-explanatory. For more info, read on.

Customer ID / Password

  • You wil receive your Customer ID and Password once you purchased from one of our prepaid plan. You can make your purchase here.

Action

  • Option 1: Send message with text & mobile numbers. Option 2: Change existing password to the new password. Action 3: Request Remaining SMS Quota to be sent to your registered mobile number (Change Password or Request Remaining Quota is free and do NOT consume your credits).

Message

  • Enter you text message. SMS limits 160 characters per message, so do not enter over 160 characters or the message will be trimmed to 160 characters.

Recipient Mobile No: Properly formatted mobile number(s) of the receiving party.

Formatting Receipients' Mobile Numbers



Sending SMS to Australia

  • Simply enter local numbers. E.g. 0498765432.

Sending SMS to Hong Kong

  • Simply enter local numbers. E.g. 91234567

Sending SMS to UK (Example)

  • E.g. if local number is 07878123456 then enter this number: 001447878123456.

Sending SMS to Other Countries

Use IDD prefix as in the case of UK. E.g. 00161298765432, which is the same as +61298765432

.Sending to multiple receipients

  • Use comma to separate individual numbers. E.g. enter 0412345987,0476548921,0432346199

Other things you need to know when using our Web Form

These formats apply no matter which country you send the message from.

Blank spaces and brackets ( and ) in mobile numbers are automatically removed.

Message should not contain these symbols: \ | [ ] { } ^ ` ~

  • Example: these numbers are treated as identical numbers on our web form: (04)34561234, 0434561234, (04) 3456 1234, 0434 561 234

IDD: the character + will be converted to 001 so they are used interchangeably.

Note that we support many countries with GSM network but there is no guarantee delivery on local and overseas networks.

The number formatting also apply when you develop your own application to connect to our gateway.

Change your Password




To change your password, follow these steps:

Enter your existing Customer ID and Password

  • As in the example on the left .

Choose Action

  • Select "Change Password" from drop down menu (firstred oval).

Enter your new password in the "Message" field

  • Enter you new password in the Message field. Alphabets and numerals only, no blank space or symbols.
  • Leave the Receipient Mobile number field empty.

Click Submit button : In seconds you will receive confirmation of new password change in your mobile number (registered with us). This free service does NOT consume your credits.

Checking your remaining SMS Quota




To find out your remaining credits, follow these steps:

Enter your existing Customer ID and Password

  • As in the example on the left .

Choose Action

  • Select "Remaining Quota " from drop down menu (firstred oval).
  • Leave the "MEssage" and "Receipient Mobile number" fields empty.

Click Submit button : In seconds you will receive remaining quota in your mobile number (that is registered with us). This free service does NOT consume your credits.
